ABINASH SINGH is the Company Secretary and Head – Legal and Compliance of our Company. He joined our Company on December 23, 2021. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Calcutta and a diploma degree in bachelor of laws from Utkal University. He is also an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He has experience in the field of secretarial and legal compliance. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Bengal Shristi Infrastructure Development Limited, Arcee Finvest Limited and Rohit-Ferro Tech Limited. He is involved in the legal and secretarial compliance for our Company.
