Ushma Sheth Sule is the Non-Executive – Non-Independent Director of our Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai and a master’s degree in business administration from the Kelly School of Business, Indiana University. She is also an associate of ICAI. She has been associated with our Company since August 21, 2018. She has experience in the field of portfolio management of entities of various diversified sectors, retail, financial services, insurances, aviation and apparels. She is currently on the board of HRS Insight Financial Intermediaries Private Limited, Kewal Kiran Clothing Limited, Kraus Casuals Private Limited and JCB Salons Private Limited.
